What I love about sushi is that there is so much variety.
By doing some research online, I found out that the variety is not only about the kind of fish used, but in the method of making one as well.
The most famous ones are: Nigiri -Sushi (hand shaped sushi), Oshi-Sushi (pressed sushi), Maki-Sushi (rolled sushi) and Chirashi-sushi (scattered sushi).
